Kathryn was a great partner to make our back yard and side entrance into an oasis. She was easy to work with , helped us visualize the design concept and was ready to go in a different direction when there were better choices. The pool, tile choices, fencing, walkway surfaces , lighting and landscaping were all part of the package. Great to have one contact point for communication/coordination. So impressed we're starting another smaller project!

Kathryn Prideaux helped us design our dream backyard from start to finish. She was very detail oriented, always available, and worked great managing entire team of contractors, landscapers, pool company, etc. She listened to our list of must haves and made everything flow together. She helped us mix modern and rustic perfectly to create a space we use everyday and love to entertain in. She is the best and we continue to use her for other projects inside our home.

Kathryn Prideaux is without a doubt one of the best designers in the business. Kathryn takes the time to get to know you and what your wants are for the project. She has a way through design and materials to create functional space that continues to evolve. Kathryn oversaw our entire project for us as we are long distance owners. Her knowledge of construction complements well her exceptional eye for design. Kathryn is respectful of budgets, deadlines and the quality of materials used is exceptional. Kathryn kept us informed on progress of the project at all times. She sent photos to show us how things were transforming. The first time I saw the project completed I couldn't believe how much it made my house a home. I have Kathryn to thank for that. She is fun to work with, and at the same time, a real professional. Since we own the nicest backyard in our neighborhood we have hired Kathryn for a second time to design a complete rework of our courtyard and to add much needed curb appeal!
